If you’re wondering how to apply to Johnson & Wales, look no further. We’ve simplified the college application process for all with plenty of options and tips to help you apply to ¶¶ÒõPro with ease. Whether you prefer to mail in a paper application or apply online (pro tip: online applications will be processed more quickly), here are five things to know about applying to ¶¶ÒõPro for Fall 2025.

1. You can use the Common App or the ¶¶ÒõPro app to apply.

No one wants to fill out an overwhelming application that takes hours to complete. You can apply to ¶¶ÒõPro using the Common App or our free ¶¶ÒõPro application — both options only take about 30 minutes to finish and do not require an essay submission. For Fall 2025, both the Common App and ¶¶ÒõPro application open on August 1. Explore our to get started. 

2. Applying to ¶¶ÒõPro as Early Action has perks.

If you apply to ¶¶ÒõPro by November 17 as Early Action, you’ll find out your admissions decision on December 1. We also offer a second Early Action opportunity to apply by January 15 to get your decision by early February! That means less stress for the rest of your senior year of high school. 3. ¶¶ÒõPro has two amazing campuses to choose from.

That’s right, we have not one but two beautiful campuses to choose from! Our Providence, Rhode Island campus puts you at the center of the capital city’s thriving food, arts, and entertainment scenes. Or, you can head south to immerse yourself in the booming business scene and Southern charm of our Charlotte, North Carolina campus. Either option will give you the premier, experiential education that ¶¶ÒõPro is known for.

4. If you haven’t picked a major yet, ¶¶ÒõPro has you covered.

Whether you’re applying as a first-year undergraduate, a transfer, an online, or a graduate student — we’ve got options for you. With 65+ undergraduate programs, including Undeclared: University Explorations or Undeclared: Business Explorations, there’s something for everyone. 5. If you're transferring from another college, we have dedicated transfer representatives to help you make a smooth transition.

We make it easy to transfer to ¶¶ÒõPro from another college by having a liberal transfer policy to help students maximize the number of credits that will transfer. A dedicated transfer rep will also walk you through the process, and the Student Academic Services team will work with you to transfer as many of your credits as possible.
